SOHO Marketing

SOHO Marketing

Small Office Home Office Marketing. This is a very popular term and holds a very popular desire with people looking to make extra money or replace the job they just lost. It beats buying a franchise or even a small business downtown. With a business that you start in your home, you save many of the expenses that occur. With this being the computer age, one can use their computer for their soho marketing business in many ways.

One popular way to grow a soho marketing business is to use social networking. There are many different social network places and new ones popping up all the time. The best known and probably the most used are MySpace, Face Book and Yahoo, however there are many more. They are easy to join and you can make friends easily. Many people go about expanding their business using these but often go about it all wrong. Many have businesses of their own and they are there to find new people for their business. So they immediately try to sell everyone their business. That is the best way to turn people off that there is. Social Networking means socializing with others. Finding a common interest and finding out about them. Compare notes and become fiends with other network marketing people. They may be able to show you things that you do not know and visa versa.

I do not recommend using leads. Leads are a huge expense to a network marketer. You may often be told how good leads are to use, but really using leads does more damage than good. It is not just the cost that is hard on the pocket book, but working leads becomes very discouraging because there is so little to gain. Peoples names are captured by deceit. They usually think they are signing up for something free and that entices them to fill out their information. They do not get told that their information is going to be sold as a lead to someone who is trying to sell them a business endeavor. So when talking with a lead, they may be extremely rude, crush your enthusiasm and ruin your self esteem. The percentage of these leads that you find to talk with will be few and ones that you can successfully market to are even fewer.

There is another way to have a business grow financially, and that is to get customers. They buy product and you make a commission. They tell others and some decide to become distributors. I have found a business where you can buy customers and build a fine soho marketing business. If you would like to hear more about this business, give me a call and I will be glad to share this information with you.
